Our preschool classes are offered to children ages 2 to 5. We teach fundamental gymnastics skills as well as essential basic motor skills while developing strength and building self-confidence. Our classes are divided into three separate age groups: Parent & Tot (ages 2 to 3), Sparkles (ages 3.5 to 4.5), and Stars (ages 4.5 to 5).
Twinkles is our youngest age group class, designed for ages 2 to 3. This 45-minute Parent and Me class focuses on developing motor skills in a fun, socially interactive, gymnastics environment, which helps tots, achieve, success, through repetition, encouragement, and recognition. *Please note that a parent or guardian must be out on the floor with their gymnast at all times during each class.
